Cloud dough is all over Pinterest right now, so I followed a link and decided to try it. It is 8 cups of flour to 1 cup of baby oil. You mix it together and then play with it like Moon Sand. Hayden played with it for over 2 hours. It smells yummy like baby. The one thing they didn't mention...
...it makes a HUGE mess! Or maybe that's just Hayden.

Would an 18 month old be able to safely play with that or not?
No, it has baby oil in it, so if a child eats it you have to call poison control :(
