Concert season

Tonight kicked off the first concerts of the holiday season. Hayden is in the elementary school's advanced orchestra this year and played at the Festival of Trees. Then he got to go out to eat and chose Panda Express.

Harry Potter village

South Town Mall had the Harry Potter village up for the holiday season. Before the Thanksgiving festivities began for the day we decided to check it out. We waited in line for about 30 minutes, and when we left, the line was over a 90 minutes wait.

Wheeler Farm storytime

I made Josh go on an outing with me to storytime at Wheeler Farm. I guess we're past this stage of life because he was so "over it".  There were a lot of preschool age and younger kids and I made him stay and sing songs with me. He only did it under threat of no train ride afterwards. I took him on the cow train once it was over and then we walked around to see the animals and finished it off at the fun playground before school started.

I also made him get his pictures taken.

Future Miners

We couldn't find a Bingham Miners shirts we liked, so we had our friend help make these for Sawyer and McKinley for the football state finals. (Bingham won).

Tree hunting

It was our annual Christmas tree hunt today. We met at the diner in Nephi again to eat breakfast. We got our tree, the roads were dry, we ate our lunch, and we let McKinley get in some more driving practice. This time in Kent's truck. Can't wait to put up our Christmas tree soon!

Off track fun

These boys haven't even asked to go anywhere this off track. We've had a lot of hanging out time. I did promise a special lunch while they were off track, so today was that day. We visited the library first.

Hayden wanted Panda Express and Josh wanted McDonalds. We grabbed our food and ate at the park. The warm fall weather was so nice!
