Last days of soccer

After  moving up in the divisions this Spring, this team has been losing a lot of games. So it was nice to finish of Josh's last season with a winning game!

They had an end of season party complete with a bbq, awards, and of course soccer.

I am so glad Josh was able to be on this team with these coaches (and Coach Sean) and these good boys. He had a lot of improvement from the beginning of the journey.

Biztown

We had our last kid visit Biztown for 5th grade. Josh got to go to the Orem facility. He was the CEO of Computech. He had to give a speech at the town meeting. He didn't spend all of his money, but he got enough of what he wanted he said.

Seminary graduation

I found out Sunday morning that Seminary graduation was in the evening. We had to hurry and text grandparents to let them know, but they were able to make it fortunately.

He started waning there at the end, but with the help of a packet or two he graduated! Way to go Sawyer!

Salt Flats

The Salt Flats were reported to have water from all the snow/rain. Others had beautiful pictures so we decided to venture out at sunrise to get a great shot. Well. it was cold and windy so the water was not serene, and the sunrise was mild and not spectacular. It was not what we were hoping for, but the Salt Flats are always a pretty amazing place to be at.

Tulip Festival

Today was the last day of our annual pass to Thanksgiving Point so McKinley and I went to the Tulip Festival. It might have been the most perfect weather for a tulip festival ever. The late snow also made the tulips bloom later so things seemed to be at peak bloom!
