We took the kids, and McKinley's friend, ice skating by the library this evening. Their ankles sure do not remember ice skating from last year. We were back at square one on the skating curve. The chilly below freezing temperature didn't entice us to practice too long either.
But we had yummy hot chocolate with whipped cream.
This kid wanted to stay even longer, which was shocking.
Luckily we own our skates, so we'll have to practice in warmer weather when we're off track.
