Finally! 2 beautiful loaves of bread. They rose to the right height. They formed to the pan. They cooked to a beautiful golden brown.
I can't cut into them yet. I'm enjoying their beauty. They are my first loaves of bread that haven't been hideous misshapened monsters.
Practice is everything!
